- Your Mac model and macOS version.
- Whether the issue involved pinned folders, recent screenshots, Finder reveal, or drag and drop.
- The folder location you selected, if it is safe to share.
- A screenshot if the menu bar popover or Preferences window looked unexpected.
Important note
Folder Shelf uses standard macOS folder permissions. If a folder no longer appears, choose it again from the app so macOS can refresh access.
